Course Description
Our tutor, Nikki teaches in a systematic way - usually demonstration first then group practice. For most students it takes a whole course to acquire some basic skills. You will produce some simple hand built pieces as part of your learning. This wonderful introduction covers the techniques of coiling, decorating and glazing. You will create bowls/dishes, a vase/candlestick and your own small piece. These items will bring character to your home or if you feel you want to give them away they will make unforgettable gifts.
