Shipping estimated at 5-8 working days.
Pick up is available from our Sumner address – please get in touch to organise.
If you need something urgently, or if you’d like a handwritten note included in your parcel, please get in touch via the contact page. I’ll always do my best to help.
I have extensive experience packing and shipping ceramics with care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible so I can make things right.
New Zealand Shipping
Standard Delivery
- Flat rate of $15 nationwide including rural
- All parcels are fully tracked, and your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched

For international orders, please contact me directly to receive a custom shipping quote.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes (such as VAT) that may be charged upon arrival. For more information, please refer to your local customs authority.
Shipping Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted on full-priced items for exchange or store credit, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece small variations in colour, shape and size are to be expected and are not considered faults. Refunds are not available for change of mind, and sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be returned within two weeks of delivery, at the customer’s cost. Exchanges are subject to availability.
