Refund & Cancellation Policy Of Pottery Classes and Workshops
All cancellations for pottery classes and workshops must be made in writing and sent to nikkiwbceramics@gmail.com.
As places are limited, bookings are non-refundable. If we are able to fill your place from a waitlist, a refund may be offered. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend—just let us know the name of the person attending in your place.
Occasionally, pieces may crack or break during the firing process. While this is rare, it is a natural part of working with clay and unfortunately refunds cannot be provided in these cases. The true value of the workshop is the hands-on experience, learning new skills, and time spent creating.
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to any courses, workshops or one-off sessions.
If we cancel your course or session for any reason we will do our best to organise an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend an alternative date, we will refund the full purchase price.
Gift Voucher Return and Refund Policy
Upon purchase, you will receive an automated email containing your Gift Voucher. You may print the voucher and place it in your own card, or forward the email directly to the intended recipient.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed online for pottery classes, workshops, or items available through NikkiWBCeramics’ online shop, including Nikki’s own ceramic work.
Please note that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase products at markets or events where NikkiWBCeramics has a stall.

Returns are accepted on full-priced items for exchange or store credit, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece small variations in colour, shape and size are to be expected and are not considered faults. Refunds are not available for change of mind, and sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be returned within two weeks of delivery, at the customer’s cost. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make it right.
