Father's Day Hand-Built Cup Workshop
Celebrate Father's Day by making memories together.
Looking for a meaningful Father's Day gift or a fun way to spend time together? Join this relaxed morning of clay, creativity, and connection as you hand-build your own ceramic cup.
Whether you're coming with Dad, Grandad, a stepdad, your adult children, a partner, or simply celebrating the special people in your whānau, this workshop is about slowing down, sharing an experience, and creating something you'll use and treasure for years to come.
Hand-Built Cup Pottery Workshop
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to create your own ceramic cup using an easy slab-building technique. You'll shape your cup, attach a handle, and personalise it with carved patterns, textures, stamps or meaningful details that make it uniquely yours.
To finish, choose either a clear glossy glaze or a soft white glaze, creating a beautiful food-safe cup ready for everyday coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
No pottery experience is needed—just come ready to have fun and get your hands muddy!
